พายุฝนกระหน่ำซ้ำ! ฟิลิปปินส์ “สังเวย” ดินถล่ม น้ำท่วม-บ้านพังยับเหลือแต่ซาก
พายุฝนกระหน่ำซ้ำ! - เอเอฟพี และ สเตรตส์ไทมส์ รายงานวันที่ 20 ธ.ค. ถึงความคืบหน้าสถานการณ์ พายุฝน ตกกระหน่ำต่อเนื่องจนเกิดน้ำท่วมสูงในหลายพื้นที่ของ ฟิลิปปินส์ ตั้งแต่วันศุกร์ที่ 18 ธ.ค.ที่ผ่านมาว่า
พบผู้เสียชีวิตแล้วอย่างน้อย 2 ราย เป็นหญิงสูงอายุในจังหวัดเลเต ประสบเหตุดินโคลนถล่มทับบ้าน ซึ่งในเหตุการณ์เดียวกันเหน่วยกู้ภัยสามารถช่วยเหลือดึงเด็กชาย 1 คนออกจากซากปรักหักพังได้สำเร็จและส่งตัวไปรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลแล้ว
ขณะที่จังหวัดเซบู ทางตอนกลาง เผชิญคลื่นทะเลสูง บ้านเรือนใกล้ริมชายฝั่งถูกคลื่นซัดพังยับเป็นบริเวณกว้าง ส่งผลให้ประชาชนเกือบ 300 คนไร้ที่อยู่อาศัย ส่วนประชาชนกว่า 1,500 คนจาก 13 หมู่บ้านในจังหวัดมินดาเนา ทางตอนใต้ ต้องอพยพหนีน้ำท่วม
