สาวชนบทคนดัง “ทุบสถิติ” - วันที่ 5 ก.พ. เซาท์ไชน่ามอร์นิงโพสต์ รายงานว่า หลี่ จื่อฉี ยูทูบเบอร์ชื่อดังชาวจีน ทุบสถิติ กินเนสส์ เวิลด์ เรคคอร์ดส์ เป็นช่องยูทูบภาษาจีนที่มีผู้ติดตามมากที่สุดในโลก หลังยอดติดตามของหลี่ทะลุเกิน 14.2 ล้านเมื่อเดือนม.ค.ที่ผ่านมา และทางกินเนส เวิลด์ เรคคอร์ด ได้ประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการผ่านเว็บไซต์เว่ยป๋อเมื่อวันอังคารที่ 2 ก.พ.
เส้นทางสร้างชื่อของหลี่เริ่มขึ้นหลังตัดสินใจย้ายกลับไปอยู่บ้านเกิดในพื้นที่ชนบทของมณฑลเสฉวนเพื่อดูแลย่าซึ่งป่วยออดๆ แอดๆ เมื่อปี 2555 ต่อมาในปี 2558 หลี่เริ่มอัดคลิปวิดีโอทำอาหารและแนะนำโลกออนไลน์ให้เห็นถึงความสวยงานของวิวทิวทัศน์ในเสฉวน
ปี 2560 เปิดช่องยูทูบ 李子柒Li Ziqi ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวความเป็นอยู่และวิถีการกินแบบคนท้องถิ่น และนับตั้งแต่นั้นชื่อของหลี่ก็เป็นที่รู้จักทั้งในประเทศจีนและโลกออนไลน์ มียอดเข้าชมคลิปรวมกันมากกว่า 2,000 ล้านครั้ง และยังมีฐานแฟนคลับเพิ่มขึ้นต่อเนื่อง
อย่างไรก็ตาม หลี่ตกเป็นเป้าโจมตีอย่างหนักช่วงกลางเดือนม.ค.ที่ผ่านมา หลังเผยแพร่คลิปทำผักดองสไตล์เสฉวร พร้อมติดแฮชแท็กอาหารจีน จุดชนวนให้เกิดกระแสวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ดุเดือดและทำให้ความขัดแย้งด้านวัฒนธรรมระหว่างจีนกับเกาหลีใต้ปะทุขึ้นมาอีกครั้ง ภายหลังทั้งสองประเทศต่างระบุว่าประเทศของตนเป็นต้นฉบับการทำผักดองแบบกิมจิ
